New York Floorman/Bare has been a family owned and operated business in the greater New York area for over 40 years. The business was founded in 1973 and there has been continuity in our family since its conception. Our success in the construction and real estate industry is well known and I am continuing along in this family tradition. I am proud to say that our reputation remains solid, as our prices and quality have consistently been competitive throughout the years. 

 

We service all construction needs from work as small as a kitchen/bathroom remodel, a simple floor refinishing project or paint job, to full renovations (both residential and commercial).  We work with many brokers, stagers, architects and designers.  We refer most of our clients to a list of our preferred architects and designers if their project would benefit, and are able to offer a full service experience.   We're based in NYC and Westchester and service the full Tri-State area.
